What Does the Lord's Prayer Mean?
That's the end of this homily.
God wants the best for us. God is not out to get us. When the disciples ask Jesus how to pray, he gives them the blue print to know and grow closer to God. This one prayer connects all Christians through time back to Jesus himself, and through Jesus, to God the Father, Abba, Daddy.
