Ornaments of Grace

Coach John Wooden is our fifth Ornament of Grace for 2018. Note: This video was originally published in 2018. Observing the Beautiful Ornaments How are you building a life founded on the rock that is the Word of God? Can you explain how Jesus has “coached” you through some basics in life to help you have a firm foundation in faith? Welcome to our Advent Series, Ornaments of Grace. Each ornament is a short biographical sketch of someone living out God’s Word. We will add one ornament to our tree each day, one person’s story to help light the way to Jesus. When we see the sun shining through a beautifully colored ornament, we thrill at every shade of the rainbow dancing before our eyes. We pray you will be uplifted by the diverse people featured, people from various religions, cultures and times. We recognize that it is God’s presence or grace shining through us that allows us, joined with the Christ Child, to be gift for the life of the world.
